Congratulations! DCSD Technology Competition Participants

Congratulations to all the AES participants in the 2026 DCSD Technology Competition! We are incredibly proud of our students for their creativity, innovation, and hard work. A special congratulations to our County-level winners who will advance to the State Competition on March 14 in McDonough, Georgia.

Program Highlight: All Pro Dad

The February All Pro Dad meeting at Avondale Elementary School was a tremendous success! It was wonderful to see so many dads and children spending quality time together before the start of the school day. All Pro Dad Chapters provide a meaningful opportunity for fathers to strengthen their relationships with their children.

AES STEM Program

At Avondale Elementary School, our students are immersed in engaging Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) experiences that spark innovation and strengthen critical thinking skills. Through hands-on learning opportunities, students actively explore concepts, design solutions, and collaborate with peers to solve real-world challenges.

Career Day Recap

Career Day 2026 at Avondale Elementary School was an exciting and inspiring event for our students! The halls were filled with future doctors, engineers, teachers, entrepreneurs, athletes, scientists, and more as students proudly dressed in attire representing their future career goals. Their enthusiasm and creativity truly made the day special.
