AES Field Day 2026

Students in upper grades will participate in a variety of team‑based and competitive activities that promote sportsmanship, cooperation, and school spirit. The emphasis of Field Day is for EVERY child to feel successful. Please cheer positively for all students, encourage independence, and model good sportsmanship.

Volunteers are needed to help with activity stations, transitions, and student supervision.

We appreciate your support in helping provide a successful Field Day experience for our upper‑grade students.

All visitors must sign in and wear a name tag.

IMPORTANT PARKING NOTICE
This is a school-wide event, and the parking lot will be full. Please carpool if possible. Parking in the car-rider loop or bottom parking lot is not allowed. The church parking lot may be available.

STUDENT SAFETY
If your child will leave with you after Field Day, you must sign them out through the front office. No child may leave the field with an adult other than their teacher.

FIELD DAY T-SHIRT HOME PROJECT
Please help your child decorate a plain white (or light-colored) t-shirt at home.
Shirts should say “Field Day 2026” and be school-appropriate.
Students will wear their shirts on Field Day!

WHAT TO BRING / WEAR
– Gym shoes suitable for running (no sandals or Crocs)
– A labeled water bottle
– A towel (water games planned)
– Apply sunscreen before school — please do not send sunscreen with students
