Volunteers & Donations Needed For AES Field Day

Volunteers are critical to a successful and fun day for Field Day! Please consider volunteering for one or both days of Field Day. Or if you are unable to volunteer consider donating needed items such as water, drinks, bandaids and ice packs. You can sign up to volunteer or donate by completing the form below.

If you sign up to volunteer, please carpool if possible. The church parking lot will be available for parking. Parking in the car-rider loop or bottom parking lot is not an option. In addition, please sign-in at the front office.

Please keep in mind that your child’s safety is a priority. If you desire to have your child leave with you at the conclusion of Field Day, you must report to the front office and sign out your child. The Front Office will then notify your child’s teacher, who will then send your child to meet you. No child will be allowed to leave the field with an adult other than their teacher.
